Workshop – Electric Aircraft Glider – Due to the unpredictable flight direction of an electric aircraft glider, we require all participants to sign this waiver releasing MAF Singapore Limited from any liability regarding your (or your child/dependent/minor’s) use of the electric aircraft glider. BY USING ONE OF MAF SINGAPORE LIMITED’S VR HEADSETS / ELECTRIC AIRCRAFT GLIDER/ FLIGHT SIMULATOR, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. I (or my child/dependent/minor) recognize and understand that the use of a VR headset/Electric aircraft glider/Flight simulator involves certain risks: 1) I(or my child/dependent/minor) am using the VR equipment/Electric aircraft glider/Flight simulator voluntarily. 2) I assume all of the physical, psychological, and financial risks associated with use of VR equipment/Electric aircraft glider/Flight simulator. 3) By signing, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the terms of this release form and that I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue MAF Singapore Limited or its employees/volunteers. 4) [If the VR headset/electric aircraft glider/flight simulator is being used by child/dependent/minor] I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above. I have the legal right to consent to and, by signing below, I hereby do consent to the terms and conditions of this Release of Liability. In the event that any damage of equipment occurs as a result of my wilful actions, neglect or recklessness, I acknowledge to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness.I also acknowledge and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data by MAF Singapore Limited for its purposes. I understand that while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo and/or video to be used for any legitimate purpose by MAF Singapore Limited.
